Job Types allow you to categorize your Jobs, and each of your Jobs in CentreCRM requires a Job Type.
CentreCRM provides a few common types by default, which can be edited or deleted as required.
To find Job Types:
- Navigate to the Settings tab and click on Job Types under the Types section
Adding Job Types
- Click the Add Job Type button
- Enter the name of the Job Type
- Click Save
Editing Job Types
- Click the Edit button on the Job Type you wish to edit
- Enter your new Job Type name
- Click Save
Deleting Job Types
- Click the Delete button on the Job Type you wish to delete
- Click OK on the confirmation box that appears
Note that if a Job Type has been used then it cannot be deleted.
